Returns and refunds

Not happy with your order? Return it within 30 days for a full refund. Items should be in original condition with tags attached. You cover return shipping ($5-15 depending on location), and we'll process your refund within 3 business days.  If it breaks, send me what is left and I will replace up to 5 beads.
